We understand that not all couples want the same thing from their photography coverage and don’t all want a standard package of albums, etc. In order to meet these varying requirements we offer a three step tailor-made quotation service where you can pick the elements you want from our price list to create your own bespoke package.
1) Attendance Fee:
The starting point for our service is the fee for our time, which includes: All for the fixed fee of £750.00 Our prices assume that the wedding venue is no more than one hour’s travel from our base in Northampton and that an overnight stay is not required. In this event additional costs may be required. |

2) Options: If you wish, you can choose to add various options to the service we provide: Getting Ready Shots - Bride - £65 One of our photographers will attend the bride’s location prior to the ceremony to capture images of the anticipation of the day’s events. This would typically include shots of the dress, shoes, jewellery, etc., before being put on. Also we could capture the final moments of hair and makeup, doing up the dress, etc. We would hope to produce images of family/friends/attendants sharing the excitement of the moments before leaving for the ceremony. Getting Ready Shots - Groom - £65 The same type of coverage as for the bride but featuring the groom and his groomsmen before setting off for the ceremony. Note that both the above options assume that the ‘getting ready’ location is local to the ceremony location. Pre-Wedding Shoot - £200 A pre-wedding shoot, sometimes known as an engagement shoot, is an informal photoshoot where we can get used to working with each other. This could be at the wedding venue itself or somewhere else locally. This can be useful for couples who may be nervous in front of cameras to enable them to relax more on their big day. The resulting images could be used during the celebrations in some way, perhaps within a guest book for signing. We will provide a web gallery of the images from your shoot for you to order prints or gifts as you require. Post-Wedding Shoot - £200 A post-wedding shoot can be useful where the couple want some high quality portraits but can’t or don’t want to spare the time during the wedding day. At its most basic it is an excuse to get dressed up again and relive the memories of the day when you are a little more relaxed and have more time to enjoy the star treatment. These shoots can be on location or in the studio (additional studio hire fees may apply). Again, a web gallery will be provided. Bridal Glamour Shoot / Boudoir Shoot - £200 The option for a Bridal Glamour shoot, sometimes known as a Boudoir shoot, is becoming increasingly popular with brides who want to give their grooms a special present of some more intimate images featuring lingerie and more seductive posing. Please contact us for more information. A web gallery will be produced or you can order from a range of sumptuous albums to present to your other half. Proof Book - £90 We can provide an A4 size soft cover proof book containing small versions of all the images in your web gallery. This enables you to peruse images at your leisure or pass the book on to friends and family who aren’t comfortable using the computer. All images are labelled with their filename so you can simply make lists for ordering prints or selecting images for your album. Proof Prints - £70 The same principal as the proof book but with this option you receive 6” x 4” prints of all the images in a presentation box. These provide a nice set of images in themselves but also provide the greater flexibility of being able to lay out images next to each other to help in your decisions for future orders. |

3) Presentation: Finally, we ask that you choose at least one of our methods for the presentation of your images. CD/DVD-ROM - £150 You can choose to receive a CD/DVD of high resolution images in an attractive presentation case together with reproduction rights so that you can print or share the images yourselves. (Note that images are provided for non-commercial use only.) If you are also ordering an album or coffee table book the cost of the CD is reduced to £60. Coffee Table Book - £125 These hard cover photobooks in A4 or 12” x 12” size are a more informal option than a full album and will sit nicely on your bookshelf or coffee table. Custom designed by us to include most of your images they are available with a faux leather or picture cover. Additional copies for parents or guests are available at £75 each. Set of 3 Souvenir Booklets - £90 These hugely popular mini photo books are approximately 18cm x 14cm in size with a soft cover and up to 30 pages featuring all the highlights of your wedding day. Supplied in sets of three, they provide a fabulous memento or gift for your special guests. Albums - £TBA We can offer a wide range of albums both of the traditional mounted photographs style and of the modern digital storybook style. Because the range of covers and options is so vast we cannot provide a full price list for our albums but would be pleased to talk through your requirements with you to provide you with a quotation tailored to your specification. Additional smaller albums are also available at the time of ordering as gifts for parents or other guests. We work with all the major manufacturers so if you have seen an album you like offered by another photographer please ask us and we can probably source it for you. |
