Should you need to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible and at least 14 days prior to your course date. In this event you will be entitled to a full refund or alternatively we may be able to transfer you to another course date subject to availability.

Cancellations made within fourteen days of your course date will not be eligible for refund or transfer. You will, however, be able to send someone else in your place.

In the extremely unlikely event that we have to cancel the course completely we will notify you as soon as possible using the email address used to book your place. In this event you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date subject to availability.

It is unlikely that we will cancel due to poor weather as most of our courses can proceed in bad weather. However, if conditions are such that travelling to the venue will be dangerous we may choose to cancel the event. In this case we will notify you by email as soon as possible but at least by the day before the event. Please note that we have run our courses in the snow – it makes for good images!

Very occasionally a venue cannot accommodate us as planned due to circumstances beyond our control. In this event we will email you as soon as we are made aware of the issue. We will endeavour to arrange an alternative suitable venue so that the course can go ahead as planned but will offer you a full refund, transfer to another date (if available) or alternative venue.
